Is Blake an incredible music producer?
Yes.
Is he fundamentally different from your teen?
No.
You see when Blake was 17, he sent a simple cold email asking for advice from a renowned music producer named Benny Blanco. It took months, but Blake finally heard back and was offered one day's work moving furniture. That day turned into a three-year unpaid internship where he did everything given to him without asking for anything in return.
This internship resulted in Blake getting signed by Benny and eventually producing Lizzo's album, which won him three Grammys.
What was it that helped him stand out, you might ask?
A willingness to think big, a desire to work incredibly hard, an ability to delay gratification, and, most importantly, a desire to provide value to others.
Now, your teen doesn't need to want to win a Grammy, but how great would it be to know you helped set them on a path where they can fulfill their dreams?
It is possible.
You can start today.
I just wanted to connect to send you a big THANK YOU for everything you have done for our family! Your strategies and encouragement allowed our daughter to trust herself (and start her own business). We are so proud of her.
You don't know me, but I watched your program with my parents when I was beginning the 10th grade. At the time, I knew very little about what I wanted to do with my future. Yet, after hearing your advice to pursue a genuine interest rather than cramming in random activities helped set me on the path to going to my dream school, Cornell, which I was just accepted to!

There are no words for how profoundly grateful we are to you for all of your calm, humorous, and fantastically spot-on advice. Your help and knowledge are truly invaluable, and I encourage all parents to use your program!
The Simple "Secret" Formula to Helping Your Teen
Become the Best Version of Themselves
Over the last 20 years, I've learned a lot about what motivates teenagers to take action, what helps them push through obstacles, and how parents can empower their children to accomplish amazing things.
Along the way, I've spent tens of thousands of hours and over $100,000 in further education to figure out the secret sauce that helps a teenager not only live up to their potential but also enjoy their life. And while I have learned a heckuva lot and heard incredibly inspirational stories, the biggest things I have learned can be summarized in three key strategies:
#1: Eliminating chores, allowance, and giving your kids money will stop dependency and create opportunities for them to experience healthy struggles.
#2 Letting your teen be in charge of their own expenses and giving them a way to earn their own money helps teach responsibility and creates intrinsic motivation in a way nothing else can.
#3 Helping your teen discover their natural strengths, identifying authentic interests, and helping them set a big goal or create a big project can massively boost their self-esteem and agency.
That's all it takes.
I personally guarantee that if you follow these 3 principles, your family's life will change in ways you can't imagine.
But you probably knew that, and you might be thinking, this stuff is easy in theory but difficult in execution. So why is that?
Why do so few families employ these strategies?
Raising teenagers can be hard because they are starting to exert their independence.
And unless your child just naturally knows what they want to do and both self-initiates and follows through on their goals, this independence is a blessing and a bit of a bear.
Now, if you're like most parents, you know you have the knowledge and life experience that can help them, but they don't always want to listen to you, let alone take your suggestions.
So, how are you supposed to support your teen without doing too much for them? And how can you help them develop grit without feeling like you haven't done enough?
The truth is that you are doing the best you can and life will, one way or another, teach your child the lessons they need.
But why not save time, money, and stress and learn from the best minds and most successful families in the world?
The best news is that by implementing the step-by-step strategies I will show you, you will be able to see right away that your teen is growing into the adult you would love for them to be.
And they'll actually thank you for it.

Great, but will this work for my family, specifically?
It depends on whether you, as a parent, are can go some of the ingrained ideas you might have about parenting that have been given to you by society at large and maybe even your own parents.
The truth is that your outer voice becomes your teen's inner voice.
In other words, what you say to your child and how you say it has enormous impacts on how they see themselves, how they react to you, and how they deal with challenges in their world.
The good news is that I can teach you exactly what to say to your teenager, how to support them, and how to incentivize them to create value for others, understand their strengths, set a big goal, and break through obstacles.
But I can't actually move into your house and do it for you. You have to be willing to have real conversations with your child and hold them accountable.
It's wonderful people like you who keep the integrity and build the character of future generations. I still believe it all starts with the parents. Thank you for giving us direction that has significantly helped both of our kids.
-Dr. Ivan Brooks
Danny's program helped me feel confident and competent both about my ability to achieve what I needed to do in school and actually reach my dream. He helped my parents be my greatest cheerleaders and ringleaders at a time when I needed both.

THANK YOU FOR BEING WHO YOU ARE! Your unique gift is being able to understand teenagers and helping moms like me better understand the essence of my children. This is how each of my three incredibly different kids ended up succeeding in high school and going on to their perfect-fit college—on their own merits. Thank You!

In this introductory segment, I'll talk about the entire system for helping your teen become the best version of themself. This is an overview of what’s to come where I cover my holistic approach to what I call the 3 E Incentivization System (Expectations, Expenses, Extra Pay) and the Dream Launch Roadmap.
During this week, we dive into the process of setting up the steps to allow your teen to earn their own money to pay for things they want.
We begin out of the gate with the conversation you can have with your teen to introduce the system. It revolves around giving them freedom, responsibility, and trust—three things every teenager desires.
Next, we will discuss how to set your teen up with a debit card. You will then get worksheets to put up on the refrigerator (or wherever you want) that will help your teen see the money they are earning, as well as learn the benefits of saving it and spending it.
Most importantly, you will get hundreds of "healthy challenges" that your teen can accomplish to earn extra money. These include Action Activities, Brain Activities, and Community Activities that will get your teen to engage in the home, in their own learning, and in the community to build their confidence and agency.
You will figure out what incentives best work for your teen and in what amounts, as making various activities worth different things is key to the system working effectively.
By the end of this week, you will have a step-by-step action plan that you can employ immediately to start your teen on a path of self-reliance. When your teen starts asking you to help around the house, shares something new they learned, or excitingly describes how the provided value in your community, you'll know it's working!
Now that you have set up the first part of the system, I will help your teen understand what money really is, what profit is, and how sharing and saving increases long-term wealth. They will also discover the rule "The best way to get what you want is to help other people get what they want"—in other words, how providing value to others changes the game.
We will cover how to use the 3E System to teach your kids how to spend less than they make.
We will go through the best teen language to use to communicate the idea of "wants vs needs."
We will show you how to help your teenager make a budget actually work (as well as how to start building credit early).
But here's the trick: the real secret to helping your teen is to also learn how to heal any of your own past programming that you may inadvertently be passing onto them. By understanding that your outer voice becomes your child's inner voice, we will explore a simple but profound way to heal any life-altering events in your own life that can truly transform your relationship with your spouse and your teenager.
Now that you are starting to work with the 3E Incentivization System, we now kick it up to truly start empowering your teen by employing my Dream Launch Roadmap.
We will give your teen some specific tools for them to identify their natural skills and interests by using a particular personality test and asking big-picture questions that get them excited about their future.
We will help your teen think BIG and come up with a goal that they are truly excited about.
Of course, having a plan is only the beginning. We will help your teen make a detailed plan to accomplish their goal and learn the essence of timeblocking, so they'll feel like they can accomplish their goal no matter how busy they are.
They will set up accountability systems of their own design that work a lot better than you nagging them because they are the ones who determine the reward and penalty based on their desire to accomplish what they set out to do.
In this final week, we get into the nitty-gritty of building on their first success by providing resources and
roadmaps for a whole host of interests.
My favorite thing to do is to see students go "outside the box" to create new opportunities they didn't even
know existed. Your family will be walked through specific guides that are designed to raise your teen's
expectations for what is possible.
We will review plans for students who want to:
Start a business.
Write a novel/short story.
Create an art portfolio.
Become a doctor.
Do research.
Become an engineer.
Go into law/social justice.
Do theater.
Learn languages.
Go into music.
Or get into sports business or journalism.
By the end of the week, you and your child will have a new mindset for the future and have a clear roadmap of how to achieve great things, whether it is getting into top colleges, creating businesses, or finding success in the arts. I want nothing less than for you to help your teenager transform throughout high school and for you to be proud of what you know they will accomplish and, most importantly, who they will be in the world.
These include helping your teen:
Get high-level mentors
Accomplish challenges that will help them conquer fears while doing things they love.
Create websites, books, and media appearances to set them apart for years to come!
This is a chance to ask me questions about your particular situation, so I can provide additional specific advice and strategies for you to employ right away!

When Shree was 15, her grandfather died of cancer, and she decided she want to work in a lab doing cancer research. She started emailing three professors per day and got rejected 102 times before one agreed for her to work in the lab. She soon discovered a way to reduce the resistance of ovarian cancer cells to chemotherapy (potentially saving the lives of countless women in the process).
What would cause a teenager to keep striving after getting rejected over and over again?
An ability to reframe the "failures" as just another step to success. Was she the best science student in America? By her own admission, she wasn't the best science student in her school (or even in her home), but she had a big enough "why" and a belief in herself to keep going when most would have quit.
Your child doesn't need to go to Harvard to be successful (or even go to college), but I'll also show you how they can get accepted if they have that dream.
Yes, this means I am also including these Bonuses:
grades in less time.
📕 Learn how to take "smart notes" that increase retention and make
studying a heckuva lot easier.
📕 Master writing research papers by using a proven system to collect
and synthesize information quickly.
📕 Uncover the strategies the very best students utilize to keep
organized, plan ahead, reduce procrastination, and prep for finals.
#2 My 4-day Acceptance Academy Boot Camp (value $1200)
uniqueness
🧭 Complete in-depth research into colleges to help them
communicate why they want to attend
🧭 Craft the most common supplemental essays (including those
for the UC schools)
🧭 Send communications to admissions representatives to
establish ongoing relationships through the process.

For context, you could pay $20,000 to work with me 1-1. Or, as plenty of conference organizers do, you could pay $20,000 to fly me out to give a 30-60 minute talk where I cover 1% of what you’ll learn in the course. So that’s one way of putting my pricing into context.
The other way to put our prices into context is to think of it as an investment in your family's legacy. If you want your kids to keep the status quo, this program probably isn't for you. But if you want to motivate your teen to discover authentic interests, develop self-reliance, and take responsibility for their life, then investing some money to impact their life as an adult, while also helping your grandkids and generations to come seems like a no-brainer. Not only that but by re-invigorating your family's values now, the time and money you will save in the coming years are incalculable.
Anyway, enough spiel—here's the price.
One-time fee (or 12 monthly payments of $125)
🧠 The Core Motivated Teen Curriculum - 4 weeks of material teaching you everything I know and have seen work about motivating teens. From setting up new incentivization systems in the home to getting your teenager to look for ways to help others; from helping them discover and develop a passion to guiding them to accomplish a big goal, you can create massive change in just one month.

While I designed the program for families with 13-18 year-olds, the truth is that we have seen the principles and strategies work for both younger and older kids time and time again.
Great question! The program is designed to teach parents how to set up systems and have discussions with their teenager that help them grow into their best selves while strengthening their relationships. At the same time, I have also made videos for your child to watch—specifically during the third week where I help your child discover their strengths and passions and in the bonuses where I help them learn how to do better in school and complete their college applications.
While many parents think that their teenager will not "buy in" to any kind of new plan or suggestion from mom/dad, the truth is that this program allows you to provide the three things all teenagers crave: freedom, responsibility, and trust. By understanding how the teenage brain works and how the right language and incentives can get them to want to take action, families have reported that it was much easier to implement than they thought!
This is totally normal. 95% of the tens of thousands of teenagers I have worked with have no real idea what they are interested in. Only 5% are born with a genetic predisposition to know who they are and what they want at an early age. The point is there are absolute steps you can take as a parent to help your teen discover their strengths and develop their interests. It’s all about asking the right questions, introducing them to the right resources, and giving them the freedom and flexibility to try things and change their mind (and even fail).
You betcha. We want the investment in this program to be an absolute no-brainer for you—if you’re actually going to do the work 😉
“Do the work” technically involves completing the core modules. If you’ve done that and for whatever reason aren’t 100% happy with your experience, drop us an email (within 30 days of purchasing the course) and we’ll happily refund your entire payment. However, please note that the money-back guarantee only applies if you’ve completed the entire course and included your reason for the cancellation in the email.
Absolutely. You’ll have the option to pay in 12 installments if you're unable to pay the full amount up front. A slight head's up—you end up paying slightly more if you go for the installments option.
You have an extraordinary talent and gift. My daughter can be challenging, resistant, stubborn, and plagued with the residue of childhood trauma—yet the principles you teach about leading with honor, kindness, respect, and support have made an incredible difference in all of our lives.
We were so thrilled that Miranda and Jessica invited us to see the confetti flying when they both got into Harvard! Your advice on guiding them to follow their natural strengths and interests allowed them to present who they really were and reinforced what we have been teaching them about being themselves.
My life's pretty awesome, and I owe you a big thank you. You taught me & my parents how to navigate our relationship, and they were able to get the best out of me. There's a big emphasis on being able to "network," but through the lens of Danny Ruderman, I learned that simply means being genuine.

My life is pretty awesome, and I owe you a big thank you. You really taught me and my parents how to navigate our relationship, and they were able to get the best out of me. There's a big emphasis on being able to "network," but through the lens of Danny Ruderman, I learned that simply means being genuine.
